Our Spring Patio Refresh

Our Spring Patio Refresh

This post is sponsored by The Home Depot, but as always, all opinions are 100% my own for our spring patio refresh.

Spring is here and that means cleaning off the old patio furniture and figuring out what is staying and what is being replaced.  HomeDepot.com/Decor has come through with dozens of cute outdoor furniture and accessories to make your outdoor space feel inviting and ready for BBQ season!

Speaking of BBQ, the project plans for our Builtin Traeger BBQ are available in the Shop, Click Here to check them out.

Casual Seating For Our Patio

We hang out in our back yard quite often during the warmer months, so I’m very particular with our seating situations. This sectional is not only beautiful, but also very spacious to hold all of our friends while we sit and chat, or enjoy a summer movie night. I then used these square and rectangular pillows to make it a little homier, and tie in a little more color.

With the cushions for the outdoor seating, I used Shield H20. This stuff is MAGIC. I needed to use two bottles, so it’s a little pricey to do, but it’s worth it. Makes any water just run right off!

Dining Space For Our Patio

I’ve been on the hunt for outdoor rope chairs that don’t cost an arm and leg for our patio. I was able go with homedepot.com/decor and I got the whole set, including two swivel and a table for less than buying all 6 chairs individually, elsewhere. Quite the bargain, if you ask me.

We love our Coolaroo Roller Shade. We use ours on the side of our pergola to supply shade when we are lounging on the patio. But in the evenings, we also use it as a projector screen when we do summer movie nights. We opted for the lightest color so the movie will show up clearer, but there are a few different color options.

I found these planters and immediately fell in love. I plan to use them to make some beautiful and functional herb garden centerpieces. If they die, then I’ll just replace them with some faux plants. And FYI, when I shared these on my story, you guys went crazy. So if you’re wanting these, I definitely wouldn’t sleep on it. RUN!

Along with the herb planters, I went with this faux olive branch. I went with faux because it’ll look amazing all year round and I don’t have to worry about watering or certain sun conditions.

This gigantic rectangle umbrella is going to be perfect for the times we want to be out when the sun is still up. The best part is that everyone at the table will be able to be in the shade, not just the first people to claim their seats.

Lastly, this rug was the perfect cherry on top…. or on bottom. It really just brought some contrast to the whole project, and I mean, who doesn’t love a great outdoor rug, right?
