Exactly the push I needed
After we moved into an older house, I realized how many projects I was going to be able to tackle alone. This course helped me from the planning, shopping, and executing. It’s like having the helpful dad or experienced person at the hardware store right there in your pocket. I highly recommend!!

Gave me courage to start!
I loved how everything was in one place! It was broken down into different categories, which then has videos to go along with each tool or task and links of the tools or materials needed. My husband would say I am the least crafty person but I’m so glad I took the leap of faith and just started! Since completely redoing our half bath it gave me the DYI bug! DYI remodel/projects have been so fun and given me a hobby

EMPOWERING!
I bought the Beginner Basics course last spring as a birthday gift to myself. Fast forward 4 months and I finally had the courage to start. Christine’s lessons are so well laid out and simple to understand that anyone, including this 56 year old, can pick up a power tool and feel confident using it. I love that I can go back and review specific lessons over and over when needed. I haven’t finished the course yet because I was so excited to start my first project. I built my new workbench all by myself. Hubby was told specifically that he was not allowed to help. Ok, he held a few boards in place, but I did all the hard stuff. 😉 I am so proud of myself and can’t wait to finish the rest of the lessons. I’m already thinking about purchasing the Kitchen and Bath Basics course. Thank you Christine!

Didn’t Faint!
Nothing big here but I cut some boards with the big scary chop saw and I did not faint from fear! I put together a picnic table using a leg “kit” and it turned out great! Now I have a tiny bit of confidence we will see whats next! The videos really helped me have confidence in power tool use.

Super Helpful DIY Companion
If you want to get into DIY this class is perfect. It has such knowledge and experience. It’s like having a best friend who knows everything in your pocket. The videos are super helpful and I love that I c an pause and rewatch as many times as I need. With what I learned I was able to design and build banquet seating for my kitchen dining area all on my own.

Christine does an amazing job in this course. Her program is broken up into lots of short segments which is great when you need to refer back to something. She starts very basic-like navigating the hardware store so you can go in with confidence. I treasure this course and am so grateful I took it

Worth Every Penny
I had completed a few DIY projects before starting this course, but I had never created anything I was very proud of. I purchased this course in hopes of finding some tips that would improve my skills but it has done so much more than that. After watching the videos, I felt more confident walking in to hardware stores, I wasn’t scared to step out of my comfort zone, and I was finally proud of what I was creating. But seriously?! 🤣 I can talk for HOURS about how big of an impact this course has had on me! Not only did I feel motivated from the moment I started watching But I also instantly began to learn SO much. What’s even better is a year and a half later I can still go back and rewatch those videos! LIFE CHANGING
To say Christine changed my life is an understatement! 🤣 Seriously this course taught me sooooo much! Basic power tool use, what is what 🙃 and what they’re for. Basics on painting, staining, wood filler, caulking etc. Everything you need to know to get started and how to start. My favorite part was when she takes you shopping to home depot and goes over where things are and what’s what!! Home Depot used to be so intimidating! Since starting the course I have been on a roll and can’t believe what I’ve accomplished! Thanks to Christine you can too! Built a bed!
Christine’s course gave me the confidence to use power tools to build this bed for my nephew! She did an amazing job in explaining things in a way that made it simple enough for me to learn!
